Come On Die Young — Mogwai Back on Grey Vinyl 2LP, October 2026
Alongside the Young Team reissue, Chemikal Underground are also bringing back Mogwai’s second album Come On Die Young on the same date. This one lands on grey vinyl as a 2LP gatefold, with the original artwork and a digital download code included. It’s the quieter, more restrained of the two early albums, built on tension rather than the dynamic peaks that made Young Team such an immediate statement.
For those who already have Young Team sorted, Come On Die Young is the record that fills in the other side of what Mogwai were doing in those early years: slower tempos, more space, a different kind of weight. Having both back in print at the same time on coloured vinyl is a good moment to fill any gaps in the collection.
