The Molotovs are moving fast. Their debut reached No.3 in the UK charts, and just six months later their second album Welcome to Urbia is already lined up for release on 9th April 2027. Ten tracks from the London sibling duo, who have gone from grassroots shows to arena support slots in the time most bands are still figuring out what they are.
The version worth pre-ordering is the limited indies-only red marble pressing. These indie exclusive variants are typically the ones that disappear first and end up being the copies collectors actually want, so if you’re going to get it on wax this is the edition to go for. There’s a fair stretch of time between now and the April 2027 release date, but for a band on this kind of trajectory the demand is only going to build between now and then. Getting in early at the indie-exclusive price is the sensible move.
