Half-Told Tales — Arab Strap Preorder on Rock Action
Arab Strap‘s new record Half-Told Tales is up for preorder ahead of its 4th September release on Rock Action. Recorded with Paul Savage, who has production credits across Mogwai, Belle and Sebastian and Franz Ferdinand, this is Aidan Moffat and Malcolm Middleton working at their widest range yet. The band describe the record as moving from quiet brooding all the way through to something they call a disco-metal incantation, which is enough to earn a listen on its own.
The release comes in three formats: standard 2xLP, 2xColoured LP, and a 2xSigned Coloured LP available direct. On a Rock Action record, signed copies tend not to hang around. Piccadilly Records have the preorder live now, and if you want the signed coloured pressing specifically, that is the moment to act rather than wait for street date.
