ionnalee, formerly known as iamamiwhoami, is releasing Mouth of a River pt. 3 on 3rd September via her own To Whom It May Concern imprint. It is the closing chapter of a trilogy fifteen years in the making, and the fact that it arrives as a single pocket pressing rather than a more elaborate package feels intentional.
The printed inner sleeve carries lyrics, sketches and watercolours from the wider project, which makes this as much an object as a record. If you have followed her work across either project, the packaging alone makes this worth owning. The LP is available directly from TWIMC, which is her own store, so buying there puts the money where it belongs.
