Iconoclast HaHa — Aluminum Preorder on Coke Bottle Clear Vinyl

Aluminum's Iconoclast HaHa is up for preorder on coke bottle clear vinyl via felte. Recorded with Jack Shirley at Atomic Garden, out 30 October 2026.

Aluminum recorded Iconoclast HaHa with Jack Shirley at Atomic Garden, and that context tells you something about where this record is pitched. Shirley’s production work tends to suit bands who want the guitars front and centre without losing the detail underneath, and that is exactly what the San Francisco four-piece have gone for here. The approach is faster and punkier than their previous record, but the songs are there beneath the noise.

If you want shoegaze that has genuine structure rather than just texture, this is a record worth paying attention to. The coke bottle clear vinyl pressing is available to preorder through Bandcamp now, with a release date of 30 October 2026 on felte.

Felte have quietly been one of the more consistent labels for this kind of guitar music, and Aluminum fit naturally in that catalogue. The coke bottle clear pressing gives the release a clean look on the shelf. Preorder is live on Bandcamp now, direct from the label, which is the right way to support a release like this.
