Queens of the Stone Age's ninth album Perfecth is up for pre-order on Matador. Three vinyl variants including a clear indie exclusive and a deluxe gatefold edition.
Queens of the Stone Age are back with their ninth album, Perfecth, due 30th October on Matador. Nine songs, produced by Josh Homme and Michael Shuman, covering a lot of emotional ground across their running time — from the lurching midpoint of “Insignificant Other” through to the mono-to-stereo shift of “Mono.” It is the kind of record that sounds like it has more going on the longer you sit with it.
Three versions are available at pre-order. The standard black LP is the wide-release option. The clear vinyl pressing is an indie retail exclusive and will move quickly once it lands in shops. The Deluxe Limited Edition comes on gatefold with handwritten lyrics, stationery, and bespoke art — that one is exclusive to the QOTSA and Matador webstores and is the most substantial of the three.

If the deluxe is the version you want, go direct to source — it will not appear elsewhere. The indie exclusive clear pressing is the one to watch at retail, and Norman Records have it up now if you want to lock one in before street date.
