The Orchids' Sarah Records classic Unholy Soul is reissued on translucent pink 2LP via Circuitry, limited to 500 copies. Remastered and out 25th September 2026.

The Orchids‘ Unholy Soul is back in print through Circuitry, remastered and pressed to translucent pink 2LP in a run of just 500 copies. It is due 25th September 2026 and available now through Resident Music.

Originally released on Sarah Records, Unholy Soul is one of the more interesting records from that scene, in part because it was already reaching past it. Pauline Hynds of One Dove guests throughout, a first for the band at the time, and her presence pulls the record toward the rave and dance music that was reshaping guitar music whether it wanted to be reshaped or not. The tension between those two worlds is what makes it worth revisiting.

Five hundred copies is a genuine limit on a record that has been out of print for some time. The translucent pink 2LP format does the album justice, and Resident Music are the place to go. This is the kind of reissue that the Sarah Records community and the wider indie pop and dreampop audience have both been waiting on.
