The Twilight Sad's sixth album IT'S THE LONG GOODBYE is available on limited blue vinyl LP. Pre-order now from Bandcamp, shipping 25th September 2026.
The Twilight Sad are back with a new colour variant of their sixth album, IT’S THE LONG GOODBYE, available now to pre-order directly through Bandcamp. The blue vinyl edition ships in late September 2026, and if you passed on the earlier pressing this is the moment to correct that.
The Glasgow group have built one of the most consistent catalogues in contemporary post-rock, and IT’S THE LONG GOODBYE sits comfortably among their best work. Emotionally direct and sonically uncompromising, it is the kind of record that asks something of the listener and gives a great deal back in return.
This is a limited blue vinyl LP released independently by the band, so there is no distributor buffer here. It ships 25th September 2026 and pre-orders go directly to the people who made it, which is exactly the kind of transaction worth prioritising. If the blue colourway matters to you, do not wait on this one.
