Boards of Canada's Hi Scores gets a 30th anniversary vinyl pressing on Warp — black vinyl, gatefold, 4 poster inserts. First pressing since 2014, out 20 Nov 2026.
Boards of Canada’s Hi Scores is getting its first vinyl pressing since 2014, out on Warp Records on 20th November 2026. The 30th anniversary edition comes on black vinyl in a gatefold sleeve with polylined inner and four 12×12 inch poster inserts — Warp have clearly put thought into making this worth owning as an object.
This is part of a wider effort from Warp to bring the full Boards of Canada catalogue back to vinyl, and it follows Inferno, the duo’s first new album in thirteen years. If your original pressing has done the rounds a few too many times, this is the obvious moment to replace it.
Available to pre-order now from Sister Ray ahead of the November release date. Warp reissues at this level tend to move steadily, so there is no urgency, but locking in a copy early does no harm.
