Wolf Parade's Apologies to the Queen Mary gets a hand-numbered Hi-Melt Ice Rink splatter vinyl pressing limited to 500 copies via Vertigo Vinyl. No repress planned.
Wolf Parade‘s debut Apologies to the Queen Mary is getting a hand-numbered splatter pressing limited to 500 copies, put out through Vertigo Vinyl on Sub Pop. The Hi-Melt Ice Rink splatter is a genuinely nice looking pressing for a record that has built a devoted following over the years, and once these are gone there is no repress mentioned, so the edition is what it is.
Worth noting that 50 copies will come bundled with leftover Valentine’s stock of the “I’ll Believe in Anything” single, though at that quantity the bundle is more of a bonus for whoever gets there first than something to plan around.
Five hundred copies hand-numbered, one pressing, no confirmed repress. The pre-order is live at Vertigo Vinyl now and this is the kind of thing that moves faster than people expect.
