Aphex Twin's Drukqs gets its 2026 vinyl reissue as a 4xLP via Warp. Pre-order window closes Tuesday 4th August — out 30th October 2026.
Drukqs is finally back on vinyl. Twenty-five years after it first appeared, Richard D. James’s most sprawling and unpredictable record gets its 2026 reissue pressing on 4xLP via Warp. It is the piece that completes the full Aphex Twin catalog in vinyl reissue form, which for a lot of collectors is a genuinely significant moment.
The album itself has always been a difficult one to categorise, which is part of what makes it so enduring. Prepared piano compositions sit directly alongside pulverising drill and bass tracks, and the whole thing resists any attempt to reduce it to a single mood or method. It demands the physical format.
The pre-order window via the AFX Store closes Tuesday 4th August, so this is one where sitting on the decision is genuinely risky. The release date is 30th October 2026. Go directly to the store and sort it out now.
