Helen’s long-awaited second album finally arrives on Kranky — Liz Harris and co. return with eleven years’ worth of dreampop to get through. Eiafuawn, Clay Parton’s Duster-adjacent solo project, surfaces with new recordings for the first time in two decades, and Anna Domino’s 1984 art-pop classic East and West gets its first proper reissue with unreleased demos from the original 4-track tapes. David Sylvian breaks a 15-year silence, Mogwai mark thirty years with a career retrospective featuring the genuinely remarkable Iggy Pop collaboration, and Wishy’s shoegaze-adjacent sophomore record is worth your time.

Given who’s at the centre of this, the wait was always going to be worth it. This is the record Grouper fans will want alongside their Grouper records. |

Endless BodyEiafuawn Numero Group — December 11, 2026 — Single-sided LP with B-side etching Clay Parton of Duster hasn’t released anything under his Eiafuawn acronym (Everything Is All Fucked Up And What Not) for twenty years. This four-song EP was recorded at home on four-track, and it sits exactly where you’d expect it to — layers of dreamy guitars, murky vocals, and that specific Dusterverse atmosphere that makes his other project so revered. Single-sided pressing with a B-side etching. Ships from Numero in mid-November, ahead of the December release date. |

East and West + Singles & DemosAnna Domino Domino — December 4, 2026 — 2xLP (black vinyl), limited bonus 12″ with unreleased demos Anna Domino recorded this 1984 mini-album in downtown New York while sharing a neighbourhood with Brian Eno, Talking Heads and Laurie Anderson. Pitchfork called it “The Velvet Underground & Nico of avant-pop,” which tells you broadly what you’re in for. This Domino Mart reissue bundles the original with key singles and seven previously unreleased demos digitised from the original 4-track tapes — including early versions of most of the album and one completely new track. A genuinely rare document of her creative process, and the only way to get the demo material is through this vinyl edition. |

Happy TearsMogwai Rock Action — January 8, 2027 — 2xColoured LP / 4xColoured LP Box Set Thirty years in, Mogwai mark the anniversary with a career-spanning retrospective on their own label. The headline news is that this is the physical release of their collaboration with Iggy Pop — “Underground” — a pairing that makes more sense than it probably should given the connection goes back to the band naming their label after Scott Asheton and sampling Iggy’s monologue on Come On Die Young. The box set and signed variants come with a print. Rock Action Bandcamp has it available now. |

The Distance Between the Killer and the KillingDavid Sylvian NANOQ — February 26, 2027 — LP / Indies Exclusive Coloured LP Sylvian’s first album in fifteen years and the official follow-up to Manafon. Compiled from improvisational sessions recorded between 2012 and 2025, the 46-minute instrumental features contributions from Ryuichi Sakamoto, Otomo Yoshihide and others, now reconfigured into something entirely new. Abstract, elusive, and unlike almost anything else that will be released this quarter. The indies exclusive coloured LP is the edition to get. |

Daily Life Vanisheskinoue64 Otter Records & Daydream Records — April 2027 — LP (lacquer cut), Ltd 100 copies Takuto Kinoshita builds his shoegaze walls out of Hatsune Miku’s vocals, which sounds like a gimmick until you hear what he does with the feedback and the pop instincts underneath it. This is a lacquer cut, limited to 100 copies, with a lyric insert giving you the original Japanese alongside English translations. Heads up: it’s being manufactured now and won’t ship for about six months. |

22, A Million (10th Anniversary Edition)Bon Iver Jagjaguwar — 20 November 2026 — Frosted Silver LP Ten years on, this gets the full treatment: new alternative artwork with soft touch finish and spot UV gloss, the original 28 page lyric booklet redone in three silver inks, plus a new 12 page booklet with previously unseen artwork and an essay from Eric Timothy Carlson, the artist whose visual language has been tied to this record since it came out. If you’ve worn out your original copy or just want to see how they handled the anniversary, this is the one to watch. |
