Is Common Primitives by Andy Bell & Masal being reissued or back in stock on vinyl?

Common Primitives is a new release, but the bundled first album, Tidal Love Numbers, is effectively getting its vinyl debut here for the first time, having previously only been available on cassette and CD.

What should I do if Common Primitives by Andy Bell & Masal is out of stock or only available at high prices?

Pre-order directly from Sonic Cathedral ahead of the October 9th release date rather than waiting and risking a reseller markup once specific colourways sell out — the indies-exclusive and Bandcamp-exclusive variants in particular are unlikely to get back in stock once gone.

About this record

This is a 2xLP set that bundles both albums together — Common Primitives plus their 2023 debut Tidal Love Numbers, which is getting its first-ever vinyl release here after only being available on cassette and CD. Three colourways exist: transparent turquoise and violet, an indies-exclusive starburst, and a Bandcamp-exclusive gold splatter — so where you buy from determines which variant you get. Worth pre-ordering both for the music and for finally having Tidal Love Numbers on wax.
