About Too Pure

Too Pure was a London independent label founded in 1990 by Richard Roberts and Paul Cox. It broke through with PJ Harvey's debut album Dry and went on to release records by Stereolab, Seefeel, Laika, Mclusky and Electrelane.

The label closed in 2008, so its records turn up on vinyl through reissues.

We list 16 Too Pure vinyl releases, from artists including Stereolab, Pram and Moonshake. Most of them are post-rock, shoegaze and dream pop records. The release dates run from 1992 to 2010. One is a reissue: My Pain And Sadness Is More Sad And Painful Than Yours (2026 Reissue) by Mclusky.
